- If the product you have received has any manufacturing defect/damage you can return it to us within this time period.
- It is compulsory to make a video and take pictures of unboxing the product when you receive your order. This helps us in validating your claim incase of any complaints.
- After we receive the request for return, we will initiate the process for pickup of the product from your delivery address. Please make sure to pack the product in safe manner with care.
- Refunds will be issued to your bank account within 5-7 working days after we receive the product back at our store. For exchange requests, we will send you the replaced product within 4 days after we receive the product.
